  • HAIR EXTENSIONS TYPICALLY SHIP WITHIN 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT PROCESSING PERIOD IS COMPLETE. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR SHIPMENT TO REFLECT MOVEMENT AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

  • PRE-ORDER WIG ORDERS HAVE A TURNOVER TIME OF 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT PROCESSING PERIOD IS COMPLETE. IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR UNIT INSTALLED BY ME, BOOK YOUR INSTALL BASED ON THE TURNAROUND TIME AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOUR UNIT IS BEING SHIPPED, PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR SHIPMENT TO REFLECT MOVEMENT AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

IF THE ITEM(S) EXCHANGED IS MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ITEM(S), THE DIFFERENCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE EXCHANGE WILL BE CONFIRMED. ITEMS EXCHANGED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CANNOT BE TAMPERED WITH. ITEMS WILL BE EXAMINED BEFORE THE EXCHANGE CAN BE CONFIRMED.
